type='text'>Eat Fresh Fruits

Eat Fresh Fruits
We all think eating fruits means simply buying fruit, cutting it and
just popping it into our mouths.
You will benefit much more
if you know how and when to eat.
____________ ________
Correct Way of Eating Fruits
Fruits should be taken
in an empty stomach
not as dessert after the meal
as is often done.
If you eat fruit like that, it will also serve
a major role to detoxify your system, supplying you with a great deal of energy
for weight loss and other life activities.
____________ ________

Fruit is the Most Important Food
Let's say you eat two slices of bread
and then a slice of fruit.

As fruit digests faster than bread,
the slice of fruit digests quickly
and is ready to go straight through
the stomach into the intestines,
but its passage is blocked by the bread which takes longer to digest
In the meantime the whole meal ferments and turns to acid.
Consequently, when the fruit comes
into contact with the food
in the stomach and digestive juices,
the entire mass of food begins
to spoil.

So it is better to eat your fruits in an empty stomach or
before your meals!
____________ _______

You might have heard people complaining
every time I eat water-melon I burp,
when I eat durian my stomach bloats up,
when I eat banana
I feel like running to the toilet etc

actually all this will not arise if you eat
the fruit in an empty stomach.
The fruit mixes with the putrefying other food and produces gas and hence you will bloat!
____________ ________

Graying hair, balding, nervous outburst,
dark circles under the eyes
all these will not happen if
you take fruits in an empty stomach.

It is incorrectly presumed that some fruits
like orange and lemon are acidic and will enhance acidity in the stomach.
Research however shows
that all fruits become alkaline
in our body.
____________ ________

When you need to drink fruit juice
drink only fresh fruit juice,
NOT from the cans.
Don't drink juice that has been heated up.
Don't eat cooked fruits because
you don't get the nutrients at all.
You only get to taste.
So stop making 'durian porridge'
if you want nutrients.
Cooking fruit destroys all the vitamins.
____________ ________

Eating the pulp or whole fruit
is far better than drinking the juice
as the fibre is good for you.
If you should drink the juice,
drink it mouthful by mouthful slowly,
because you must let it mix
with your saliva before swallowing it.
____________ ________

A 3-day "fruit fast" is
a very simple and effective way
to cleanse and de-toxify your body.
Just eat fruits and drink fruit juice throughout the 3 days and
you will be surprised when your friends
tell you how radiant you look !
During the "fruit fast" you can eat different fruits at different times, although occasionally mixed fruit salad would
also be permissible and more interesting.
____________ ________

If you have mastered
the correct way of eating fruits,
you have the secret of beauty,
longevity, health, energy,
happiness and normal weight.
So eat fresh fruits and always keep smilingggggggggg ........!
SQL Server Interview Questions

Basic:
What is normalization?
Database normalization is a data design and organization processes applied to data structures based on rules that help build relational databases. In relational database design, the process of organizing data to minimize redundancy. Normalization usually involves dividing a database into two or more tables and defining relationships between the tables. The objective is to isolate data so that additions, deletions, and modifications of a field can be made in just one table and then propagated through the rest of the database via the defined relationships.
What are different normalization forms?
1NF: Eliminate Repeating Groups
i. Make a separate table for each set of related attributes, and give each table a primary key. Each field contains at most one value from its attribute domain.
2NF: Eliminate Redundant Data
i. If an attribute depends on only part of a multi-valued key, remove it to a separate table.
3NF: Eliminate Columns Not Dependent On Key
i. If attributes do not contribute to a description of the key, remove them to a separate table. All attributes must be directly dependent on the primary key
BCNF: Boyce-Codd Normal Form
i. If there are non-trivial dependencies between candidate key attributes, separate them out into distinct tables.
What is Stored Procedure?
A stored procedure is a named group of SQL statements that have been previously created and stored in the server database.
Stored procedures reduce network traffic and improve performance.
What is Trigger?
A trigger is a SQL procedure that initiates an action when an event (INSERT, DELETE or UPDATE) occurs.
A trigger cannot be called or executed; the DBMS automatically fires the trigger as a result of a data modification to the associated table.
Nested Trigger:
i. A trigger that contains data modification logic within itself is called a nested trigger.
What are the difference between clustered and a non-clustered index?
A clustered index is a special type of index that reorders the way records in the table are physically stored. Therefore table can have only one clustered index. The leaf nodes of a clustered index contain the data pages.
A non clustered index is a special type of index in which the logical order of the index does not match the physical stored order of the rows on disk. The leaf node of a non clustered index does not consist of the data pages. Instead, the leaf nodes contain index rows.
What is cursor?
Cursor is a database object used by applications to manipulate data in a set on a row-by-row basis, instead of the typical SQL commands that operate on all the rows in the set at one time.
Difference between primary and unique key?
Difference between delete and truncate command?
Difference between function and stored procedure?
Explain types of possible joins.
What are primary keys and foreign keys?

Intermediate:
How do you remove duplicate records from table?
What is the use of DBCC commands?
DBCC stands for database consistency checker. We use these commands to check the consistency of the databases, i.e., maintenance, validation task and status checks.
Explain the steps to work with cursors with different cursor types.
How do you truncate transaction log file?
What is linked server and purpose of having it?
What is Collation?
Collation refers to a set of rules that determine how data is sorted and compared.
Explain the LOCK functionality in SQL server.
Explain about SQL profiler.
What are sub queries and co-related queries?
Supported types of authentication modes?
Error handing in SQL 2000 and 2005?
Transaction handling in stored procedures?
How do you rename database object?
Types of constraints?
What is De-normalization?
Virtual table names?
Difference between HAVING and WHERE clause?
What's the maximum size of a row?

Advanced:
Types of replication?
Purpose of sp_configure command?
OS SQL services?
Difference between STUFF and REPLACE function?
Steps to take database offline?
What are the basic functions for master, msdb, model, tempdb databases?
What is a Scheduled Jobs or what is a Scheduled Tasks?
What is BCP? When does it used?
How do you load large data to the SQL server database?
Explain DTS services?
What is Data Warehousing?
Subject-oriented, meaning that the data in the database is organized so that all the data elements relating to the same real-world event or object are linked together;
Time-variant, meaning that the changes to the data in the database are tracked and recorded so that reports can be produced showing changes over time;
Non-volatile, meaning that data in the database is never over-written or deleted, once committed, the data is static, read-only, but retained for future reporting;
Integrated, meaning that the database contains data from most or all of an organization's operational applications, and that this data is made consistent.
What is OLTP (OnLine Transaction Processing)?
Role of XML in SQL Server and usage? Explain FOR XML (ROW, AUTO, EXPLICIT).
What is an execution plan? When would you use it? How would you view the execution plan?
Steps involved in granting denying permissions with example?
Explain different isolation levels.
What is lock escalation?
Lock escalation is the process of converting a lot of low level locks (like row locks, page locks) into higher level locks (like table locks). Every lock is a memory structure too many locks would mean, more memory being occupied by locks. To prevent this from happening, SQL Server escalates the many fine-grain locks to fewer coarse-grain locks.
What is a transaction and what are ACID properties?
A transaction is a logical unit of work in which, all the steps must be performed or none. ACID stands for Atomicity, Consistency, Isolation, Durability. These are the properties of a transaction.
What is a deadlock and what is a live lock? How will you go about resolving deadlocks?
Deadlock is a situation when two processes, each having a lock on one piece of data, attempt to acquire a lock on the other's piece. Each process would wait indefinitely for the other to release the lock, unless one of the user processes is terminated. SQL Server detects deadlocks and terminates one user's process.
A livelock is one, where a request for an exclusive lock is repeatedly denied because a series of overlapping shared locks keeps interfering. SQL Server detects the situation after four denials and refuses further shared locks. A livelock also occurs when read transactions monopolize a table or page, forcing a write transaction to wait indefinitely.
Check out SET DEADLOCK_PRIORITY and "Minimizing Deadlocks” in SQL Server books online. However, with the advent of a new economy and the Internet things have changed dramatically in the past few years. More and more companies are adopting Microsoft Interviewing philosophy and hence their questions. Here is a typical set of Interview questions asked for an entry level Software Design Engineer (SDE) or Internship position.
If you had an infinite supply of water and a 5 quart and 3 quart pail, how would you measure exactly 4 quarts?
If you are on a boat and you throw out a suitcase, will the level of water increase?
On an average, how many times would you have to open the Seattle phone book to find a specific name?
There are 3 ants at 3 corners of a triangle; they randomly start moving towards another corner. What is the probability that they don't collide?
If you look at a clock and the time is 3:15, what is the angle between the hour and the minute hands? (The answer to this is not zero!)
What new feature would you add to MSWORD if you were hired?
Why did you pick the school you graduated from?
Why do you want to work for Microsoft?
How many Gas stations are there in the US?
How would you weigh a plane without using scales?
How would you move Mt. Everest?
Two MIT math graduates bump into each other at Fairway on the upper west side. They hadn't seen each other in over 20 years. The first grad says to the second: "how have you been?"Second: "Great! I got married and I have three daughters now"First: "Really? how old are they?"Second: "Well, the product of their ages is 72, and the sum of their ages is the same as the number on that building over there.."First: "Right, ok.. oh wait.. hmmmm.., I still don't know"second: "Oh sorry, the oldest one just started to play the piano"First: "Wonderful! my oldest is the same age!"
Problem: How old are the daughters?
Why are beer cans tapered at the top and bottom?
Why is it that hot water in a hotel comes out instantly but at home it takes time?
How many times a day a clock's hands overlap?
Mike has $20 more than Todd. How much does each have given that combined they have $21 between them. You can't use fractions in the answer.(Hint: This is a trick question, pay close attention to the condition)
There are four dogs, each at the counter of a large square. Each of the dogs begins chasing the dog clockwise from it. All of the dogs run at the same speed. The tomb cave contained 10 ossuaries of which six bear inscriptions identifying them as those of Yeshua son of Yehosef (Jesus son of Joseph), Maryam (Mary), Marya (Mary), Matya (Matthew), Jehosef (Joseph) and Yehuda son of Yeshua (Judah son of Jesus). Based on these finds, filmmaker James Cameron and his director, Simcha Jacobovici, make the starting claim that Jesus wasn't resurrected and was buried with his family in this tomb. I started checking my mail daily hoping that the book would reach today. Finally the day has come, the very first sight of book after longing for so many days to read it has been a little disappointment. The book seems to be a mere school text book, but I was delighted on finding Kalam’s signature on the first page.

After I started reading the book I couldn’t help but admire Kalam. He is a person with great knowledge not only in science but also in life. He quoting of different phrases and poems of great writers on almost every page shows how deep inside him are those still existing. Some of them were from his school books. Well, there might me some significance in the appearance of book too… just like Kalam unattractive from outside and knowledgeable and inspirational from inside.

There are few common things I noticed in lives of great achievers; they follow their dreams, their happiness, their passion and love towards it is unconditional. Kalam like any other person joined in BSc math and physics after his intermediate. He later realized that it is not want he wanted. He realized his passion for flying objects, then after completion of BSc he joined in aeronautics engineering. He joined DRDO upon graduation. From there on there was no turning back. He was advancing in his career leaps and bounds. He some times even worked for 100 hrs a week. But he was never exhausted or frustrated with his work… because that is where his happiness lies. And some times you need to encounter with failures too… Kalam was no any exception… his first satellite launch, on which he worked real hard, has been a failure. But he didn’t give up. He fought and fought and at last achieved it.

This reminds me of Nagesh Kukunoor. He was born in a well educated and traditional Telugu family. He was an engineer working in US for a fat pay check. But he was not happy with it. He realized his happiness lies else where… in film making… but how would he dare do it or tell his family… films are considered occupying one secure notch above prostitution in educated families. He had battles in his mind… he felt he is selfish… he is not on world mission to serve humanity… it was his personal search for happiness. Later he could convince himself that even people who give up every thing to serve humanity might have happiness in doing it… may be their pursuit is as selfish as his. Back, he came to India in search of his happiness… films… but he was rejected… people didn’t want to learn from an NRI. At times he doubted his own skills, finally he won the battle…made his first ever film ‘Hyderabad blues’.

Well… there are many achievers who followed the suit… MF Hussain.. Sachin Tendulkar… Shekar Kammula… Kalpana Chawla…many more..the success stories of these achievers show that they just followed their interests,,, … their dreams… and they expected nothing from it, it was purely unconditional… what they pursue from it is beyond worldly… is immaterial…

Well… I am still shuffling my feet not knowing what I want… not knowing where I can find it…I dint know that penning down my thoughts would give me so much pleasure until I started writing blogs… who knows.. sooner or later I would encounter with something I am really made for…

Failures stepping stone to success?

‘Success’ the most powerful n momentous word in English language…everybody under the sun wants to be associated with it. Success never comes alone. What not it brings with it, fame, money, and most important a bunch of people who feel haughty for being associated with you.

In our day to day life we come across hundreds of people who glorify their association with the successful people, but how many times will you ever encounter with people who stand by break downs. It is said that failures are stepping stones for success, but how many support a failure. People just mock failure, they ridicule failure.

I was very surprised on knowing the reaction of media to the failure of AGNI missile (a project of DRDL under the directorship of Dr. Abdul Kalam). AGNI is the most prestigious missile developed by our scientists at DRDL. It is the result of the hard work of many scientists, who have been so committed to the project that they even forgot their basic requirements like food and sleep. The work of one Mr. Nagaraj needs to be quoted here; he was so dedicated to it that he couldn’t even attend the death of his family member.

Finally the day has come, the day their hard work is going to be paid off, the day hundreds of scientists are awaiting with zeal, it’s the day of launch of missile. It was a challenge not just for the scientists of DRDL but also the whole nation. Till then India was importing the missiles from other countries, very few countries have the technology required to produce a missile, if it were a success, a small country like India will have an eminent place among world nations. But to every ones disappointment the first attempt of the launch has been failure and the launch has been postponed. The scientists who worked on it were broken, depressed and were quite wretched.

What surprised me the most is the reaction of media to the failure. The press had interpretations of the postponement of the launch in their own way to suit the fancies of their readership. The news paper is the biggest media then with the highest reach. Here are some of the cartoons from different news papers of that time after the failure of first two launches of ‘Agni’ missile.

Cartoonist Sudhir Dar sketched a shopkeeper returning a product to the salesman saying that like ‘Agni’ it would not take off.

Hindustan Times showed a leader consoling press reporters, ‘there is no need for any alarm …it’s a purely peaceful, non violent missile.

The Hindu carried a cartoon showing a villager counting some currency notes and commenting to another, ‘yes…it’s a compensation for moving away from my hut near the test site- a few more postponements and I can build a house of my own.’

Another cartoonist designated AGNI as IDBM- Intermittently Delayed Ballistic Missile.

Another cartoonist showed one ‘Agni’ scientist explaining that the launch had failed because the press button did not make contact.

The only cartoonist who had showed some encouragement is RK Laxman, who drew a ‘Agni’ scientist telling to the press ‘nothing to be discouraged! We have postponed it again because we want to be absolutely certain’

Duet Demo Testimonials

Duet Demo Testimonials

this cool job from Microsoft and SAP

Ok punk!
